Real Hire brings humanity back to sales hiring

Real Hire was founded to address one of the biggest challenges in hiring sales talent: identifying the qualities that don't show up on a resume.

Our founder, Brandi, recognized that traditional hiring methods—built around static resumes—often failed to reveal how candidates actually communicate, connect, and build trust.

Motivated by a vision for a more meaningful approach, we set out to create a video platform where job seekers could showcase their skills and personal stories, helping employers better understand how someone presents themselves.

Real Hire was born to bridge this gap, by creating a more human and efficient way to evaluate sales talent.
