You are in complete control. On RealHire, your video resume is unlisted by default, meaning no one can find it unless you share your unique, private link. You can then choose to:

• Share your private link directly with employers.

• Make your profile "Discoverable," which allows verified employers on the RealHire platform to find your profile and reach out to you. You can change these settings or take your video down at any time.

We built RealHire for everyone, not just video pros! Our video builder guides you through the process with features designed to make it easy:

• Question Prompts: We give you a proven script with questions like "Tell us about a project you're proud of" so you're never wondering what to say.

• Built-in Teleprompter: You can write or paste your script directly into our teleprompter, which scrolls as you record so you can read naturally.

We offer flexible plans based on your company's needs. Our pricing is typically a monthly or annual subscription based on the number of "seats" (recruiters) you have and the number of jobs you're actively hiring for. We do not charge per-video-view. We also offer a free trial so you can see the impact on your hiring process firsthand.

It's simple. RealHire provides you with a unique "Video Request" link for each job posting. You can:

• Add the link directly to your job description on LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

• Email the link to your existing applicants, inviting them to complete a video as the next step.

• Search our database of active, discoverable job seekers on RealHire and invite them to apply. Candidates are sent to a simple, branded landing page where they can record their video directly—no login required for them.
